Catering equipment maintenance provider Serviceline has announced that it has brought in a new managing director.
Nick Allen, who previously worked in the construction vehicles sector, will lead the Stevenage-based outfit during the “next phase of commercial growth”, according to the company.
It said his job would be to ensure that Serviceline customers receive “industry-leading” levels of service delivery.
Allen started his career as a service engineer in the commercial electronics industry and joins Serviceline following appointments as the after-sales director for forklift truck manufacturer Jungheinrich and, prior to this, customer service director EAME for the US-based Printronix Group.
“I am delighted to join team at Serviceline,” stated Allen. “I look forward to building and strengthening Serviceline’s market position and help the company develop greater value, support and innovation for our customers.”
Allen replaces Steve Elliott, who was one of the original founders of Serviceline and had been with the company for more than 25 years.
