Brasserie Blanc, the French restaurant group led by acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc, will open its first hotel venue and 20th site in the Marriott Hotel, Bournemouth.
The newest addition to the group’s portfolio will be located within the four-star Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel, overlooking Poole Bay.
The announcement comes just six months after the latest venue was opened in London.
CEO of Brasserie Blanc, Mark Derry, said: “We are delighted to be opening our 20th site and partnering with Marriott to launch Brasserie Blanc in Bournemouth. This is an exciting new phase for Brasserie Blanc’s development. The bar, brasserie and terrace will be absolutely stunning and this is an exciting opportunity for us to scale up and run the full F&B for the 160-room hotel.”
This partnership marks the beginning of a new stage in the restaurant group’s evolution and Brasserie Blanc will seek further opportunities in the hotel sector as the brand moves forward.
Spanning 3,500 square feet, the restaurant will offer 108 covers across four inter-connecting dining rooms, a 70 cover bar and an additional 42 covers on the terrace.
A large library will accommodate Brasserie Blanc’s private dining area for up to 30 people, furnished with vintage leather wingback chairs, oak library tables and a mustard velvet chesterfield sofa.
Open 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm (9pm on Sundays), the brasserie will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to offering room service for guests of the Marriott Hotel.
