Blanco Professional has rolled out a series of new cooking and serving systems designed to provide operators with an instant catering solution.
Under the banner of the Blanco Cook Front Cooking System, the firm has introduced three ready-to-use cooking concepts in three variants: ‘Italian’, ‘Asian’ and ‘Burger’.
The Italian ‘turnkey’ offering is a colourful pasta stand, structured with patterned tiles, while the Asian model features hinged slatted doors adorned with an authentic landscape painting. The Burger version (main picture) takes its inspiration from modern New York burger joints, with a wood look contrasted by concrete and laminate elements.
All three packages are mobile, modular and flexible, and can be used indoors or in outdoor areas.
Additionally , Blanco Professional has relaunched its Basic Line Food Serving System, which features four equipment options, each matched to particular customer requirements for food presentation.
The ‘Smart’ equipment variant prioritises economy and function while ‘Emotion’ is designed to bring a breath of fresh air to everyday life with its coloured panelling.
The ‘Design’ model delivers exquisite food presentation while offering an extensive variety of colours, materials and options. And with a lowered height, the ‘Kids’ equipment variant is ideal for catering for children and young people.
The Basic Line has been made even more flexible and modular thanks to the addition of numerous features, including energy-saving LED lighting and hinged doors on the underframe for more storage space.
The company has also created a configurator allowing businesses to customise the equipment to their needs.
