From coffee to cleaning, roasters to refrigeration and technology to training, this week’s Caffè Culture Show presents a cross-section of the best companies from across the industry supply chain. For those heading to the show today, FEJ picks out five stands not to be missed.
Catersales is a leading design and shop-fitting company for the coffee shop and catering industry. It offers professional turnkey solutions, covering brand and interior design, equipment and building work down to the last detail. Its teams are both experienced and in-house, allowing it to create bespoke equipment, displays, signage, furniture and more to deliver unique interiors for operators.
RH Hall will be showcasing the latest grab-and-go innovations at Caffe Culture 2016, including the exclusive New Covent Garden soup server. It will also be unveiling the true versatility of the Smeg oven range by cooking a variety of bakery items, while the iWave and Combi Chef 7 will demonstrate microwave technology at its best. Additionally, its bespoke coffee counter will highlight the skills of its fabrications team.
Uropa is set to bring style and flair to this year’s Caffé Culture Show as it outlines a number of carefully selected products from its portfolio. Highlights will include new additions to the stylish and modern Chef Works Urban range, designed to provide fashionable yet practical workwear solutions. Also available at the show will be the Santos centrifugal juice extractor, which is more powerful than previous models and boasts an output of up to 140 litres per hour.
When it comes to making coffee, the core process is and always will be extraction and milk quality. Franke insists its new range optimises this process by using direct access to the coarseness settings in the ceramic grinder burrs and featuring a patented brewing unit easily exchangeable without any tools. Its ‘Foammaster’ system, meanwhile, allows the operator to set the foam consistency for specific beverages. Post-service, an automated cleaning process with integrated cartridge makes maintenance a straightforward task.
Nelson will highlight its kitchen and cabinet design and installation services, as well as showcase its latest Advantage warewashers alongside a range of space-saving catering equipment from the popular Blue Seal range. Space is almost always an issue in cafés but Nelson insists that with its 3D design solutions, food display and storage can be significantly increased. Nelson also designs and installs bespoke food display cabinets, which maintain the quality of the contents while appealing to ‘grab and go’ customers.
