Designed to maximise kitchen space, the Freeze&Go is ideal for restaurant kitchens, allowing chefs to add delicious artisan gelato to a menu.
A simple plug-and-play operation makes it suitable for even the smallest kitchen, while the compact size of the appliance ensures it is ideal for storing away when not in use.
Operators simply pour the chilled mix into the specially-designed 500ml container and push the single button to start the machine. Production of flavourful gelato with a consistent texture takes just five minutes.
