“Could this be Manchester’s most spectacular new restaurant yet?” asks local daily newspaper Manchester Evening News, in a preview of new outlet Tattu Restaurant & Bar.
It is certainly one of the most ambitious, and would not have been possible without C&C Catering Equipment Ltd., which oversaw the design, supply, installation and project management of the entire catering operation.
Tattu Restaurant & Bar is a sumptuous venue serving contemporary Chinese cuisine to a well-heeled clientele certain to include hoards of the Manchester’s Premiership footballers.
Owners Adam and Drew Jones employed the highest quality suppliers and contractors from across the North West and overseas to create their concept and bring Tattu to life.
C&C was brought on board by managing director Adam Jones to design, supply, install and project manage the entire catering operation.
The scheme was completed to the highest standard and features equipment from Adande, Falcon, Williams, Rational and Wexiodisk.
The venue includes a bar feature on the ground floor, and a further bar area in a private dining space.
The first floor houses a 94-cover restaurant fed by a 20 chef kitchen created by C&C.
“After initially deciding on the concept, we wanted to ensure every detail was carefully considered to create a venue that would bring a truly unique experience to the UK dining scene,” Adam Drew explained.
Peter Farrell, C&C Catering Equipment sales director added, “Tattu is up there with some of the most unique and stylish restaurants that we have worked with. The team at Tattu had very ambitious plans which were matched by our professionalism and experience to deliver a breath-taking project. The design and layout, which we agreed with Adam and Drew, utilises space, offers a wide range of cooking methods and gives the brigade of Chefs a comfortable working environment.”
