Charvet beefs up options on compact equipment line

Charvet has added a raft of new additions to its popular Pro 700 series, a range of cooking equipment created for kitchens with limited space.

The Pro 700 Series was launched in response to demand for high power, heavy duty equipment that is compact enough for use in restricted spaces and at the point of service, such as open kitchens.

The France-based manufacturer is now strengthening the line-up by adding a Rise & Fall option, which allows a suite of modular Pro 700 cooking units, such as plancha, induction hob, fryer, solid top and gas burners, to be raised or lowered at the touch of a button.

Charvet says the new option allows flexible access to suit tall or short chefs or those with disabilities.

“The new Pro 700 options add flexibility to the heavy duty series and enable us, through our distributors, to offer unique design solutions to customers,” stated Charvet’s UK managing director Wayne Cuomo.

Charvet said that its Pro 700 portfolio also now includes new 100 litre boiling pans and 60 litre bratt, providing increased bulk cooking capacity for customers.
