Signature FSE hasbeen appointed by British sous vide equipment specialist Clifton Food Range to develop its brand across the UK.
With all products manufactured in the UK, Clifton Food Range has been providing professional chefs with water baths for sous vide cooking since 2015. The sous-vide cooking technique uses a water bath to accurately cook the vacuum packed item at a precise temperature which enhances texture and taste while maintaining consistency and accurate cooking.
Michelin-starred chefs Sat Bains (Restaurant Sat Bains, Nottingham), Tom Kerridge (The Hands and Flowers, Marlow) and Claude Bosi (Hibiscus, London) are among the chefs who already use and recommend Clifton Food Range water baths in their kitchens.

The product range includes single water baths in various capacities as well as Duobaths (each chamber operating independently), portable immersion circulator (a heater/stirrer unit that can be easily fitted onto a gastronorm tank), bottle warmers and professional tweezers.
