The Commercial Kitchen show has announced it is increasing its number of exhibitors by 25% to meet demand.

The commercial catering equipment trade event will see over 100 leading equipment manufacturers, suppliers and distributors showcasing a range of equipment, devices and utensils.

Its launch event, six months ago, attracted 1,723 attendees, including leading catering equipment purchasers and specifiers from across the foodservice sector.

The show, on 6-7 June next year at the NEC Birmingham, is already 70% booked, according to event director Chris Brazier. He said: “Since then we’ve had significant interest from around the world and a raft of new, leading equipment manufacturers and suppliers have already added their names to the growing exhibitor list.”

Brazier added: “Whilst there are many great trade shows that focus on specific sectors, such as Casual Dining and lunch!, for example, what makes Commercial Kitchen truly unique is that it brings together senior equipment buyers from every vertical sector, from all types of kitchens – from top-end Michelin starred restaurants to pubs, bars, branded restaurant chains, cafés, schools and hospitals.

New exhibitors will include Wexiödisk, Roller Grill, Liebherr, True MFG, BBCS, Retigo, Target, ScanBox, and Calorex Heat Pumps.

While among the returning exhibitors are Rational UK, Space Catering, Purified Air, Valentine Equipment, MSC Technical Products, Gamble Foodservice Solutions, Manitowoc Foodservice, Electrolux Professional, Hoshizaki Gram, rexmartins, Unox UK, Testo, Clifton Food Range, Nayati, Robot Coupe UK, EAIS, R H Hall Foodservice Solutions, ACO Building Drainage, and GDPA.
