Water treatment experts Aqua Cure will be promoting and advising on a multitude of water treatment products for applications including combination ovens, warewashing and fat and grease removal. A wide range of products will be on display at the stand including the “problem-solving” Claris Prime filter, the Grease Guardian automatic grease trap, the full range of Aqua Dosa cleaning chemicals and the battery-powered ACWS6 mini-softener. Aqua Cure will also be launching an innovative new product which has not previously been seen at a UK trade show.

FrimaFrima will be showing just how quick and easy it is to cook a variety of dishes with the latest hi-tech multifunctional cooking technology. Visitors will be able to watch as chefs fry, sear and boil a variety of different meals — and then they will be able to try the results for themselves. The chefs will also show how fast the Frima can be cleaned, in just a couple of minutes, so it’s ready for the next cooking process. On the stand will be Frima’s latest compact VarioCooking Centers, the 112L and the 112T.
