Small-lot hand roasting coffee specialist Julius Meinl is turning its attention to the mass market F&B sector with a craft coffee package that combines ingredients with the latest equipment.
The Viennese company has specialised in high quality coffee for more than 155 years and now wants to impart its knowledge to hotels, restaurants and cafe.
It claims it is the ideal time to be taking craft coffee to foodservice establishments as increasing numbers of consumers, particularly millennials, are taking more interest in the coffee they drink, including wanting details of the origins of the coffee, where the bean comes from and how it is prepared.
With more independent cafes, trendy restaurants and hotels wanting to capitalise on this trend, Julius Meinl has launched ‘The Originals’ package.
This includes a mix of specialty-graded seasonal single origins and espresso blends along with suitable brewing equipment and point of sale materials.
In addition, the Julius Meinl The Originals offering includes a state-of-the-art La Marzocco machine, which helps deliver a quality coffee that it claims even the most discerning coffee aficionados can enjoy.
