Domino’s Pizza has added to its store network with new launches in Lincolnshire and Kent.
The company has opened its doors to a restaurant in Gainsborough, which will create 25 full- and part-time jobs, as well as a site in Herne Bay, which will employ a similar number of people.
The chain is now understood to operate more than 800 stores in the UK, with 700 located in England.
Nicola Snowden, head of operations for the new Gainsborough store, said the chain would recruit locally for pizza makers, customer service staff and delivery drivers.
“We’re also keen to hear from applicants in the local area who may be looking to develop new skills or in search of a second job and that can deliver exceptional customer service, and demonstrate integrity, honesty and reliability, as well as having a real passion for freshly made pizza.”
The first Domino’s store in the UK opened in Luton in 1985, with the first Irish store following in 1991.
Through its primarily franchised system, Domino’s Pizza operates a global network of more than 11,000 stores globally.
