Eloma has announced a series of structural changes at its German HQ that it insists will benefit its customers in international markets around the world.
The company, which has launched new combi steamers such as the GeniusMT and JokerMT during the past two years, says it is “intensifying” the support service that it offers customers and strengthening its management team.
The firm is merging its customer service and after-sales activities, with the combined division headed by Holger Jenes, who previously led the company’s customer service business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
He will oversee all queries involving new appliances, spare parts and consumables, such as care and cleaning products. At the same time, customers can still contact the technical service hotline, which will also be staffed with additional personnel in future.
Eloma is also reorganising its sales division, which will be headed by Wolfgang Kohlhepp. The chef and industry veteran of more than 20 years joined the company at the start of September.
Eloma was founded in 1975 and acquired by the Ali Group seven years ago. It employs more than 200 employees near Munich, and has locations in Italy and the USA.
