Renowned London gastro pub and restaurant group, ETM, has appointed Dan Loftin as executive chef of its latest venue Royal London House, which launched earlier this month.
Founded by brothers Ed and Tom Martin in 2000, ETM Group owns nine restaurant, bar and pub venues across central London and one in Suffolk.
The venues, which are a mixture of smart City gastro pubs, contemporary brasseries and cocktail bars, include The Botanist Sloane Square and Broadgate Circle, The Jugged Hare and One Canada Square.
Aviary restaurant and bar will be the group’s first ever rooftop location, situated on the tenth floor of the Montcalm Royal London House hotel in Finsbury Square. It will feature a south-facing terrace with panoramic city views and will be open seven days a week, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Loftin brings with him a wealth of knowledge having worked at a number of esteemed venues in London including D&D London’s Kensington Place and the Intercontinental London at The O2.
