Frima lowers the electrical load required for its VarioCooking Centre

Frima says it has helped to solve the problem of commercial kitchens lacking the electrical power to drive heavy duty foodservice equipment.

The company has added an option called Dynamic for its VarioCooking Centre multifunction cooking appliance that reduces the equipment’s connected load with only minimal impact on performance.

Pre-heating times for its fryer increase by around just 30 seconds, while its boiler requires an extra 150 seconds while running off lower voltage circuits.

“The Dynamic option carefully optimises power usage, allowing the VarioCooking Centre to operate with a significantly lower wattage than standard versions,” Frima says.

The VarioCooking Center complies with standards set by the HKI Certification energy efficiency database and is available at no extra charge on any of the VarioCooking Center range.
