Catering equipment supplier Grey Simmonds has raised a glass to one of its chain clients after it won a major award from the Craft Guild of Chefs.
Renowned chef Barry Vera accepted the Concept & Innovation Chef Award on behalf of modern steakhouse brand STK.
Grey Simmonds has worked with Vera over many years to create innovative restaurants and highly functional kitchen and bar areas. As chef director of the global One Group, he overseas several other fine dining restaurants including, Asellina, London Hippodrome, Radio Bar and ME Hotel.
“Every detail of the restaurant is so important in creating the right vibe and Grey Simmonds was able to source tableware and bar equipment to augment the distinctive atmosphere,” said Vera. “Its bespoke kitchen design for STK has fulfilled our exacting requirements and the kitchen functions efficiently for the steakhouse environment.”
