Registration for Hotelympia 2016 is now open, organisers of the UK catering and hospitality show announced today.

The four-day industry exhibition returns between February 29 and March 3 next year, with Fresh Montgomery, which puts on the event, promising more product innovation and market insight than ever before.

It said that professionals from all areas of the hospitality market could look forward to meeting more than 1,000 suppliers across sectors such as food and drink, catering equipment, technology, interiors and tableware.

Toby Wand, managing director of Fresh Montgomery, said: “It may seem a contradiction in terms to describe an event on the sheer scale of Hotelympia as having the feel of a bespoke, tailored show, but in 2016, that’s exactly the experience we will deliver.”

Wand said that the company’s knowledge of the market, understanding of trends that keep the industry ticking and ability to showcase true innovators would once again keep the event fresh and relevant to visitors.

He said that more than 120 exhibitors are already confirmed for the catering equipment hall, the largest line-up it has ever amassed under one roof.

????????????????????????????????????

Next year’s show will also herald the launch of a unique ‘Meet the Buyer’ programme, created in partnership with CESA, which will see buyers’ requirements matched to the exhibitor whose equipment best meets their needs. They will then be able to speak directly and confidentially to manufacturers on everything from technical specifications to energy saving benefits. Crucially, they will also be able to compare and contrast kit and try before they buy.

CESA director, Keith Warren, stated: “As the largest hospitality exhibition in the UK calendar, CESA and its membership is proud to support and continue our successful and established association with Hotelympia, which helps to fund many of CESA’s activities throughout the year.

“The 2016 event is set to have the largest selection of catering equipment on show anywhere in the UK, while the new Meet the Buyer programme adds yet another compelling reason for visitors to make London the only destination they need visit for all their equipment requirements in 2016 and beyond.”

Registration for the event can be done here.
