A Star Wars themed pop-up restaurant called ‘The Fork Awakens’ is set to open in a secret London location this June.

The dining adventure is the brainchild of novel food curators Barrel & Forks. Themed on Darth Vader’s kingdom, ‘Foodtroopers’ will be taken ‘into an immersive journey through time and space, with many familiar encounters and interactive adventures along the way.’

Diners will receive a jedi lightsabre drink in the canteen before tucking into ‘hutt dogs’ and ‘special spacefood’. The experience also provides an opportunity to ‘meet galactic explorers and interact with the rebels’.

The website for the event forewarns that the restaurant will have ‘strong drinks, hot tunes, and occasional outbreaks of shocking violence.’

Other items on The Fork Awakens menu include dishes such as: tatooine muddy soup with alderaan olive oil, Tusken raiders larva soufflé, spacefood combo, wasaka-berry pudding, blue milk and a Jedi lightsaber cocktail

Ticket prices will start at £55 and include a welcome cocktail, four course interactive meal, set design and entertainment.
