Manitowoc brand Lincoln has launched a conveyor oven that it claims will reduce baking time for foodservice customers.
The Impinger 3240 conveyor oven uses the latest advancements in air impingement technology to save time, increase efficiency and enhance product quality, according to the company.
It features Lincoln’s patented ‘FastBake’ technology, which has been designed to bake up to 35% faster than other conveyor ovens, with no noise increase or loss of product quality.
The unit directs the exact amount of heated air needed onto the product to ensure efficient rapid heating, bake uniformity and the perfect crisping of the food consistently, time after time.
It boasts a 40-inch baking chamber and can be stacked up to three units high, providing operators with everything they need to cook a variety of different products in one convenient footprint.
The Lincoln 3240’s microprocessor guarantees controlled bake time and conveyor speed to ensure consistent quality with every bake.
The oven is available in three power options: 3240 Natural Gas,3240 LP Gas and 3240 Electric.
