Systopia, an order and payments solutions provider, has launched a new app which aims to benefit foodservice providers and their clients.
‘My Systopia’ is a web-based application focused on the end-user that encourages repeat business, aims to increase sales and reduce queue times.
Optimised to work on mobile, tablet or desktop, the apps works alongside the company’s range of order and payment solutions, which are available as part of a managed services solution.
End users can log on to the application to securely access their personal accounts, check their balance, review purchases, collect and redeem loyalty points and make pre-orders.
The platform can also be used to publicise promotions and let consumers know about new menus and the latest deals through the ability of uploading promotional images.
In addition, the application is fully customisable, so it can be tailored to fit with an organisation’s own brand and style.
