Pub chain Darwin & Wallace has appointed a new operations director to further support the growth of its business and prepare for continued developments.
Polly Barnes (pictured) will help the chain develop as it approaches its fifth location opening in four years in Battersea Power Station’s Circus West Village.
This follows a strong year of like for like sales growth at its Chelsea and Clapham locations as well as two successful openings in Richmond and Chiswick.
Barnes has a wealth of significant multi-site operational experience and will be an important addition to the ambitious company culture, which constantly strives to find innovative ways to enhance its guest offering and experience, the brand said.
