Adande’s stand will showcase not only its fridge-to-freezer (+15°C to -22°C) range of modular drawers utilising patented ‘Hold the Cold’ technology, but its energy-saving Aircell Sarma grab and go cabinet.
Since cold air is retained within the cabinet, customers have a warmer, longer browsing experience, increasing sales potential. Tight temperature control keeps food fresher for longer, reducing waste.
The technology received notable attention from the FCSI last year, picking up its Sustainable Equipment award, while it also recently collected The British Sandwich & Food to Go Association’s New Sandwich Product award.
