Catering equipment manufacturer Sammic has rolled out a new range of rack conveyor dishwashers designed to obtain the maximum production in the minimum amount of space.
The new line of SRC dishwashers is composed of seven models with maximum capacity between 1,800 and 5,000 plates per hour.
Although operators can place orders now, first stocks won’t be available until the first week of March, the company said.
Sammic added that the range can be adapted to the specific needs of each user, but basic models come with left-hand or right-hand entry, linear drying units and a full range of input and output compositions.
Different solutions are available for steam extraction. The dishwashers can be equipped with a suction cup that can be connected to an external extraction system, a steam extractor with an integrated motor or a steam condenser.
