Food service equipment supplier, Signature FSE, has added to its portfolio with French manufacturer, Chasseur.
Chasseur manufactures cast-iron cookware, with each product being made from over 40% of recycled material.
In the manufacturing process, moulds are broken down to be re-used in the foundry which has filtration systems in place to reduce any potential pollution to the local environment.
The enamelled cast-iron cookware is manufactured in the foundry and enamelling plants of parent company, Invicta.
Chasseur includes a range of round and oval cast-iron cocottes in many different sizes and colours, as well as other products including grill pans, gratin dishes and speciality cookware such as woks, terrine and tagine dishes.
Paula Sherlock, managing director of Signature FSE, said: “The addition of Chasseur complements and strengthens our cookware offer. Chasseur is a well-respected brand whose quality and durability will certainly appeal to many UK professional chefs, whether for use in the kitchen, on the table or for buffet presentation.”
