With the nomination deadline for the FEJ Awards closing in, our focus today is on championing the operators that are pushing the envelope when it comes to well-designed commercial kitchens. 

Successful foodservice operators acknowledge that a well-planned kitchen is central to achieving a happy team of chefs, impeccable service and outstanding food.

So if you are an operator that has spent time identifying the right design and lay-out to ensure operational excellence – or you’re a supplier that has made this possible – tell us about it and put yourself in with a chance of being shortlisted for an FEJ award!

The Operator of the Year for Innovative Kitchen Design and Operator of the Year for Multi-Site Kitchen Projects are just two of the accolades relevant to those that run the slickest kitchens in the business.
