Gram has confirmed it will run its Go Green Summit again this year, with a firm focus on the issue of sustainability in the foodservice industry.
The full-day conference will see a lineup of industry speakers who will aim to educate operators on how to be more sustainable and topics will include minimising food waste, responsibly sourcing produce, reducing energy consumption and energy efficient equipment.
The refrigeration supplier will also launch its 4th Gram Green Paper at the summit, which, published biennially, reports on the attitudes and changes made in the foodservice industry over a two-year period.
Some of the industry experts featuring in the summit include Kirsty Saddler from Leon, Mike Hanson from BaxterStorey and celebrity ‘eco chef’, Tom Hunt, who will impart knowledge on how to work towards a more financially and environmentally sustainable future for the wider industry.
Other speakers will include Keith Warren from CESA, consultant Mark Linehan and Clephane Compton, sustainable consultant.
The summit will take place at The Soho Hotel, London on November 29.
