Testo drives kitchen efficiency with paperless management system

Testo will be demonstrating its full offering for the restaurant and hospitality sector when it takes part in Hotelympia next week – and it will outline how its latest measuring and monitoring tools can not only help operators ensure they are storing and cooking food safely, but also improve process efficiency.

This includes its ‘Saveris Restaurant’ solutions, a 100% paperless quality management system that will be demonstrated by representatives on its stand.

The company claims that, by removing the need for paper and automating many checks, its technology helps reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.

Processes can then be rolled out across multiple sites, helping operators demonstrate due diligence and ensure quality checks are completed.

Additionally, the firm plans to outline its Testo 270 cooking oil tester and explain how regular testing can help businesses save up to 20% on frying oil costs, while ensuring a consistent quality of product.

Meanwhile, the Saveris 2 automated temperature monitoring system will be on show for forward-thinking operators that are embracing technology in their kitchens.

The cloud-based system stores all measurement data in one central place, removing the need to collect data manually and meaning that catering staff can use this time for other important tasks.
