Foodservice Equipment Journal readers are reminded to keep October 3-5 clear in their diaries as The Restaurant Show returns for its 28th year.
Over 450 exhibitors across four themed shows are taking part at the London Olympia event.
New features this year include the Liquid Hub, where the latest on-trade trends, from artisan gins to UK-grown wines will be available. A series of experts will inspire and inform in a range of live sessions. The onstage events will explore everything from Sake to new wines from unusual climates, offering the opportunity to meet with key brands and receive tailored expert advice.
Other live events include live cooking by Phil Vickery, Theo Randall and Nuno Mendes, and the crowning of a new National Chef of the Year and Young National Chef of the Year.
Sustainability will be high on the agenda with the return of the Conscious Hospitality Show, a dedicated area for health, nutrition, ethical business practices and responsible sourcing.
Running alongside The Restaurant Show will be the first ever The Bar & Pub Show, a brand new event for people managing and working in the UK’s bars and pubs.
Also new this year is the Catering Equipment Expo, organised by Bunzl Lockhart Catering Equipment.
The Restaurant Show’s numerous exhibitors span across every sector, from food and drink to furniture, EPoS and technology to tableware, workwear and more.
