True Refrigeration insists operators focused on rolling out their concepts across multiple sites need the support of suppliers they can rely on after coming on board as the sponsor of the Operator of the Year for Multi-Site Kitchen Projects category at the 2018 FEJ Awards.
True is one of the most-established and respected names in the refrigeration sector, with a lengthy track record of providing heavy duty refrigeration solutions to commercial foodservice premises.
The award that it is sponsoring – and which it will present to the winning finalist this coming Tuesday, 5 June in Birmingham – recognises national operators that have successfully managed significant site and kitchen roll-outs during the last 12 months.
Scott Jones, sales and key account director for the UK, Ireland and Middle East at True Refrigeration, says the company is well aware of the importance of offering a product that will assist and support the operation of multi-site kitchens.
“It is imperative that the operator is assured of keeping its ingredients and product at food-safe temperatures during preparation, holding and delivery – breeding confidence into any kitchen environment,” he said. “The FEJ awards provide recognition for excellence, which sets the standard and benchmark for other professional operators,” Mr Jones added.
True continues to invest heavily in new product development and the introduction of new design standards, including flexible drawer configurations and industry-leading energy efficiency, has led to it creating one of the most compelling equipment offerings on the UK market.
At next week’s Commercial Kitchen show it will places its new A+ rated, GN-compatible undercounter and upright refrigerators and freezers at the heart of its stand, giving operators a firsthand look at the benefits they can deliver.
The FEJ Awards takes place on the first night of the 2018 Commercial Kitchen show, Tuesday 5 June, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
