Combi and bakery oven manufacturer Unox is set to roll out a brand new range of ovens this month — and is offering UK operators the chance to get their first look at the kit at an action-packed VIP launch event it is putting on.
The 2015 models are manufactured in Italy for global distribution and will offer more intuitive features with improvements to speed, efficiency and technology, according the brand.
It will unveil the new line-up on Wednesday 16 September at Stanbrook Abbey in Worcester, where attendees will be challenged to a day of adrenalin-filled activities, including F1 linked racing, laser clay pigeon shooting and other activities.
There will also be a ‘round the world’ buffet prepared by Stanbrook Abbey’s executive chef Sean Byrne.
A charity raffle will be held on the day with all money raised going to the Child Bereavement UK Charity. Prizes include an overnight stay for two at Spitbank Fort, a Goodwood Classic Legends track day and champagne afternoon tea at The Ritz.
Gary Nunn, managing director of Unox UK, said the launch was its most significant of the year, adding that the redesigned ovens would offer customers impeccable cooking results and remote management capabilities through the use of an optional inbuilt 3G module.
“This revolutionary range includes MASTER.Touch PLUS, an LCD touch-screen from which you can manage all the functions of the oven. The technology truly understands the results that chefs desire, checks any modifications to the parameters during the cooking process and suggests the best way to achieve the perfect cooking result.”
Unox said that those interested in taking part in the event can register for free here.
