Valentine recruits Parry man to lead induction equipment charge

Valentine Equipment has boosted its UK sales team by appointing a new account manager to support the rapid growth of its sister company Cuisinequip.

The firm has appointed former Parry Group sales manager Jonathan Bartlett to the role, which will see him concentrate on increasing Cuisinequip’s business in the catering equipment market.

Steve Elliott, national sales manager for Valentine Equipment and Cuisinequip, said that Bartlett is an important addition to the team, especially as he has direct experience of working at the user-end of the market.

“Jon adds valuable experience in selling bespoke commercial catering equipment from his time with fabrication experts Parry, and also on the operational side of hospitality in Guernsey,” he commented.

Valentine and Cuisinequip supplies equipment to establishments such as 45 Jermyn St at Fortnum & Mason and the Polpo group, and Elliott said the brands’ aims are to develop more relationships with top operators.

“Our strength in induction solutions from Cuisinequip and frying and cooking systems from Valentine comes together in our design and fabrication to offer operators unique, effective solutions,” he said. “Jonathan has the experience and contacts to capitalise on our growth and we welcome him to the expanding team.”
