Hobart Warewash has found a novel way to kick-start a new warewashing campaign – by enlisting a 70-piece school orchestra to illustrate its innovative approach to business!

The company’s ‘In Tune with You’ promotion offers caterers the chance to benefit from free upgrades from new purchases of its PROFI range of hood- type machines to its high-end PREMAX line, throughout April, May and June.

A promotional video has been created to accompany the launch, likening the smooth running of professional kitchens to the organisation and skill of an orchestra.

Hobart worked with the award-winning 70-piece orchestra at the highly prestigious Oundle School, in its native Cambridgeshire, bringing the campaign to life using Gustav Holst’s The Planets – Jupiter, the Bringer of Jollity, as the soundtrack.

Oundle School is one of Hobart’s key education sector customers and uses its hood-type, rack and undercounter machines to process a high volume of dirty crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils from the 11 catering sites that serve its 14 boarding houses every day.

Hobart claims that operators which take advantage of the three-month opportunity to upgrade to its highest specification machines can potentially expect to see a 30% saving in energy bills, a 50% water usage reduction and an 80% saving in chemical usage.
