This joint publication replaces the usual August issue of both magazines and gives both operators and dealers the full lowdown on the latest solutions for commercial kitchens.
The Buyers’ Guide is helpfully divided into various equipment categories including cooking applications, refrigeration and warewashing, with colour-coding enabling readers to find their required category at a glance.
The classifications are further subdivided for even more precise navigation, on everything from hot-holding and beverage dispensers to the latest food safety and food waste equipment.
This year’s edition also features a dedicated section on innovative multi-brand solutions from leading foodservice equipment supplier Jestic Foodservice Solutions, including fryers, food preparation equipment, accelerated ovens and ice cream machines.
Furthermore, the guide is peppered with top tips advice on purchasing consideration for many appliance types, provided by leading manufacturers in the sector.
