Electrolux broadcasts chef trade tips on YouTube

Electrolux Professional is launching a series of online instructional videos aimed at providing chefs and foodservice operators with hints and tips from its team of training and demonstration specialists.

Hosted on the manufacturer’s brand new YouTube channel, the ‘Ask the Elexperts’ videos will span a number of varied topics.

With Electrolux supplying kit to a wide range of sectors, chefs and caterers can visit the manufacturer’s its YouTube channel to find #ChefHacks for everything from preparing the perfect roast potatoes, to fail-safe Yorkshire puddings.

The series also includes practical advice on the quickest and easiest ways to get the most from kitchen equipment, with video guides to cleaning a combi oven and the best way to blast chill.

To mark the launch, Electrolux’s training and demonstration manager Stuart Flint will be hosting a live Q&A on Electrolux’s Twitter feed to share his top tips and answer questions from industry professionals.

Those wishing to get involved can tweet their questions to @ElectroluxProUK, with answers to be given between 10-11am on Thursday 22 September.
