Kitchen Excellence Week is a special week-long initiative to highlight best practice and exciting developments in vital areas of commercial kitchens.
Over a period of five days (from 28 June – 2 July), FEJ’s daily news alerts will provide a focused and editorially-driven collection of online content that aims to inform and educate operators on the latest products, newest technologies and fastest-growing trends.
Each day’s content will be focused on a different area of a commercial kitchen, providing kitchen managers and equipment buyers with highly valuable and focused content to support them in the decisions they make.
This includes cooking platforms, refrigeration, warewashing, kitchen management and food preparation.
FEJ is delighted to be partnering with a number of leading industry brands to bring exclusive interviews and thought leadership pieces during the week, including Rational, Meiko, Foster Refrigerator, Mechline and Metcalfe Catering Equipment.
All will be sharing their own insight to the trends shaping the product areas they specialise in and outlining how advances in new technology can support the changing needs of the industry.
Every day this week, we will also publish an ‘Editor’s Video Interview’ with a director from each brand, allowing us to hear firsthand how they see the market developing and their advice for operators navigating the ‘new normal’.
Additionally, all of the content generated during ‘Kitchen Excellence Week’ will be compiled into a standalone digital report and made available to foodservice operators for free.
