Adande Refrigeration has increased its standard UK warranty to five years across its complete drawer range.
The five-year performance guarantee covers all major parts, while secondary components such as seals, insulated containers and digital controllers remain unchanged and are guaranteed for two years.
Service labour is also guaranteed for a two-year period.
Global sales director, Karl Hodgson, said the move showed its “unwavering commitment” to providing refrigeration that continues to perform to a high standard.
“It is a promise that we are proud to stand by,” he said. “Our units can be built into the cookline and positioned repeatedly throughout the kitchen, or used modularly which means chefs can use them wherever and however they choose.
“They are built to withstand the pressured environment of a busy kitchen, and deliver the performance chefs need, day-in, day-out. A five-year warranty gives confidence to customers that wherever you use them, and regardless of whether you have the fridge or freezer mode activated, Adande will not let you down.”
Lowestoft-based Adande specialises in refrigeration for the foodservice sector and its drawer technology is now sold in a number of markets around the world.
Executive chairman and CEO, Nigel Bell, said that extending the UK warranty to five years is the first support measure it is announcing during this restart period.
