Alto-Shaam is to launch a new series of Vector ovens with an improved interface and the option for colour customisation.
The latest version of the H Series multi-cook ovens, which will officially be rolled out at HOST, have undergone a design revamp and now come in a selection of shades to match customers’ interior needs.
The compact and ventless Vector H Series countertop model is built for fast food operations or any kitchen environment where space is at a premium.
It features up to four independent chambers, allowing operators to control the temperature, fan speed and time in each individual oven chamber for maximum flexibility.
Alto-Shaam insists the oven features its “most advanced” controls yet, while recipes can easily be loaded, with clear imagery and icons for easy reference.
Brian Jahnke, VP of business development in Europe, said: “Our Vector multi-cook ovens can do the job of multiple pieces of kitchen equipment and produce more food with a better result. They empower foodservice operators, giving them the ability to expand their menu offerings and cook with up to four ovens in one. With Structured Air Technology, food quality and consistency is truly unmatched.
“Our new advanced controls make them even easier to use, while the ability to customise our equipment with colour makes them ideal for front-of-house environments to enhance a customer’s brand.”
Alto-Shaam’s patented Structured Air Technology enables high velocity, focused heat for faster, more even cooking.
