Panasonic’s rice cooker offers a reliable and cost-effective solution for restaurant operators that need to cook rice in volume or are reheating to order.
It will safely hold rice hot, doesn’t need any extraction and is simple for chefs to use.
Suited to either front- or back-of-house environments, the product is non-stick, making it easy to clean at the end of service. The rice cooker is available in two sizes of 23 and 40 cup capacities.
One portion is generally accepted as half a cup of uncooked rice, or roughly 90g, so these will cook approximately 46 and 80 portions respectively.
