Ascentia Foodservice Equipment has announced a new partnership with renowned chef, Ben Spalding, to act as product ambassador for the company’s MIBRASA Charcoal Oven.
Spalding has trained in some of the world’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants including 28+ Restaurant in Gothenburg, Per Se in New York, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, The Ledbury and The Fat Duck.
Having met with the Ascentia team and spent time with the company development chef, Spalding was introduced to the MIBRASA Charcoal Oven and was reportedly impressed by the oven’s gastronomic capabilities.
Spalding will be helping to promote the oven through his current projects such as #AllGunsBlazing and Small Plate Sessions, as well as appearing as a regular guest chef at Ascentia’s live cooking events.
Speaking about the new collaboration, Spalding stated: “I’m really excited about this new partnership with Ascentia. The MIBRASA is the Rolls-Royce of charcoal ovens; very easy to work with, clean and -most importantly – fantastic to cook on! The results speak for themselves.”
