Cooking manufacturer Blue Seal is poised to use next week’s Hotelympia as an opportunity to unveil its newest innovations as well as familiarising customers with some of its proven favourites.
Visitors to its stand will be able to see its new Turbofan combi steamer range up close, alongside its premium range of Waldorf modular suited heavy duty equipment.
Blue Seal representatives will also be on hand to take visitors through its tried and tested Evolution range, as well as a selection of its popular Turbofan convection ovens.
Its showing at the exhibition comes after bosses at the firm recently hailed the “growing acceptance” of its cooking equipment brands in the market place.
Accounts filed with Companies House reveal that its ‘Blue Seal’, ‘Turbofan’ and ‘Waldorf’ brands all performed well last year as the business brushed off uncertain economic conditions to boost revenues from £14.9m to £16.3m for the year to 31 August 2017.
The firm said that a tight control on overheads and margins, coupled with stronger market penetration, meant that overall profitability increased as a percentage of sales. After-tax profits for the period shot up from £1.5m to £1.9m.
