As one of Retigo’s best-selling sizes of combi oven, the 1011 model can produce between 150 and 250 meals a day and is available in both electric and gas formats.
Recently awarded Energy Star accreditation, the unit is designed to offer low energy and water consumption so that users can produce large volumes of food safe in the knowledge that they are doing so as economically as possible.
Each model also has triple glazed glass doors to retain heat and 50mm thick thermo insulation, keeping running costs at a minimum for operators.
A built-in heat exchanger raises the incoming water temperature by 60°C, allowing for optimised, automatic cleaning.
