Blues Smokehouse lines up new TFSE servery

TFSE drop-in servery

UK counter manufacturer TFSE has expanded its portfolio to include a new range of servery drop-in units and revealed that the newest branch of the Blues Smokehouse restaurant chain has become one of the first customers to install one.

Suited for Gastronorm configuration, the new units are available in refrigerated and heated configurations, and use a plug-in 13amp socket.

Managing director Devish Patel said the line had been received with “great enthusiasm” since its launch, with Blues Smokehouse installing one at the Twickenham site due to open for business tomorrow.

Patel added that the units provide all the functionality that operators of different sizes require.

The refrigerated units are ventilated and thus provide guaranteed temperature cooling above and below Gastronorm containers,” he explained.

“LED lights are fitted within a stainless steel gantry and toughened glass surround, while all fan motors use energy saving EC motors.”

The temperature of the units is microprocessor-controlled 2/5C with full auto defrost function. Heated units are all microprocessor-controlled 20/75C and have heat lamps with dimmer controls. Options include wet well bain marie or Ceran glass top.
