Hot-holding specialist Flexeserve has launched what it is calling the only unit for packaged food that’s designed around the boom in delivery, takeaway and hot food-to-go.
The Flexeserve Hub is a spacious, enclosed hot-holding unit that promises to unlock new sales opportunities for food businesses as the market undergoes a cultural shift.
The system can be placed both front and back-of-house, delivering hot-holding capabilities to support large quantities of packaged food of any shape or size.

Demand for food delivery, takeaway and hot food-to-go has grown during the pandemic, while delivery operators have emerged as some of the fastest growing brands this year.
Flexeserve Hub utilises the company’s unique hot air technology to ensure consistency of a single temperature throughout the unit, keeping large quantities of food hot.
The company said it can hold up to 60 large boxed pizzas, 140 food orders – packed up and ready to go – or up to 140 whole rotisserie chickens.

Over recent years, the company’s flagship product, Flexeserve Zone, has enabled many businesses to enhance or even reimagine their front-of-house operations.
The company insists that the Flexeserve Hub will do the same for ghost kitchens, takeaways and restaurants by making it easy to stage pickup and delivery orders, hot and ready to be collected and served as they were intended.
