Street food favourites Burger & Beyond will be opening its first permanent restaurant in East London this winter.
After three and a half years of selling solely on the street, founders Craig Povoas and Tom Stock have decided to set up shop on Shoreditch High Street.
Keeping in line with their current residencies at KERB, Street Feast and Camden Assembly, the brand’s burgers will be at the forefront of its menu alongside new additions of small plates and cocktails.
Povoas and Stock said: “We are thrilled to be opening our first restaurant in Shoreditch, the location is perfect and the design brings our vision to life.
“The restaurant will showcase a different side to Burger & Beyond whilst staying true to the foundations of our brand, something that is not always possible within the constraints of the street food market.”
Interior designers Run For The Hills have helped the two-floor establishment feel cosier than the typical East London restaurant, with the addition of neon lit cushioned seating areas on the basement level.
