Cambro simplifies glasswashing dilemma for operators

Storage and shelving specialist Cambro insists its unique 4-in-1 glassware management system has just become even more attractive to operators due to the launch of new Camrack Extender ID clips.

The clips are designed to allow foodservice operators to efficiently identify glass rack content to better manage and organise back-of-house areas.

Each clip snaps easily into the top grooves of Cambro’s warewashing racks and is made of tough ABS material, which the firm claims makes them “virtually unbreakable”. Given their purpose, the product is engineered to withstand the high heat of commercial dishwashers.

34 pre-printed designs aid with organisation and provide more efficient inventory management, while blank clips are also available and can be labelled using a permanent marker for one-off, lower-volume or special glassware.

Should glass rack contents ever change the clips can easily be removed and replaced with new ones in order to re-use the Camrack, providing a sustainable alternative to discarding old racks, according to the firm.
