Carpigiani is championing the importance of menu innovation when it comes to creating a standout food offering by sponsoring the Operator of the Year for Menu Development at the 2018 FEJ Awards.

The award that Carpigiani is sponsoring – and which the company will present to the winning foodservice business on Tuesday June 5 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole – recognises those companies that have enhanced, improved or grown their menus over the past year.

The FEJ Awards takes place on the first night of the 2018 Commercial Kitchen show, Tuesday 5 June, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
Shortlisted finalists for all award categories will be officially announced in April.
