“There’s no doubt that the strength of this year’s speaker platform, with the focus on generating business in a disruptive market, has really struck a chord with the industry,” said Keith Warren, director of CESA. “Numbers are well up on 2017, and we are looking forward to a dynamic and thought-provoking conference.”

The presentations will cover a wide range of subjects under the umbrella theme of ‘Evolving in a disruptive environment’.

They’ll include the economy, Brexit, the future of hospitality, and food trends.

The 2018 CESA Conference takes place at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 November.

The event is open to all foodservice industry professionals, including equipment manufacturers, suppliers and dealers, consultants and operators. CESA members receive a discount.
