Classeq rolls out LCD digital displays to all standard models

Classeq LCD control panel

Classeq has introduced new upgraded LCD digital display technology to its range of standard models, further to the successful adoption of LCDs across its DUO range.

All of the warewashing manufacturer’s entry machines will now feature, as standard, simple-to-use button controls with universally recognised symbols and LCD digital displays.

Clear control panels will show machine operating temperatures, rinse and wash tank temperatures and chemical usage, giving operators added peace of mind in the knowledge that their machine is washing at optimum temperatures to ensure items are being sanitised effectively.

In addition, variable wash cycles provide greater flexibility to really help improve operational efficiencies across all service needs at any time of the day.

Operators can choose the level of wash to suit their requirements, a quick wash for less soiled items or a longer cycle for stubborn marks or heavily soiled items, plus there is a choice of glass programme, 1.5 minute or 2 minute cycles, and three dish programmes that can operate on 2, 3, and 5 minute cycles.

By using an electronic rather than electro-mechanical operating system, the machines also have in-built equipment to record usage data, useful for servicing and maintenance, providing valuable feedback to service engineers on how the machine is being operated.
