Rexmartins has been in the catering industry for more than 30 years and takes pride in providing quality service and technical support. The company will be attending the Commercial Kitchen show this year with its pioneering new brand: RMB. It branched out into manufacturing due to an overwhelming demand from customers for three things: ease of use, space saving and energy efficiency. “We felt that there was a gap in the market for a friendly, local, family business to offer the three things that are top of customers’ wish-list,” explains managing director Martin Porter. “We spent two years researching and developing our ideas and have now launched the resulting products. Stand H40

RH Hall Foodservice Solutions will be showcasing products from each of its exclusive brands, including Sharp commercial microwave ovens, Maestrowave catering equipment, Smeg Foodservice ovens, Simply Stainless modular fabrication and Crown Verity professional barbecue Systems. Highlights will include live demonstrations of its innovative Maestrowave Combi Chef 7, with sales development executive Janet Caveney on hand to show how the product can provide a ‘kitchen in a box’ by turning out popular menu items such as pizzas, fries and pastries. RH Hall will also be launching the first models from a new range of Smeg ovens, featuring user-friendly controls and enhanced specification for improved performance.

Visitors to Commercial Kitchen shouldn’t miss exploring the Regale stand (Iwhere its team of experts will be on hand to help with all microwave needs, showcasing Panasonic, Sharp and Daewoo heavy duty microwaves complete with the Microsave Cavity Liner, invented and manufactured exclusively by Regale. The liner can help end-users save time, money and reduce unnecessary repair costs. Additionally, all visitors to Regale’s stand will be automatically entered into a syndicate draw for the Euromillions Lottery on 27 and 29 June 2017 for a chance to win a share. 30 entries will be included on each day.

Reco-Air will be looking to grab the attention of restaurant owners and foodservice operators with its patented range of recirculation systems. Its unique technology achieves return air x1000 cleaner than normal atmospheric conditions without using ESP or UV. With a choice of exterior finishes, bespoke controls packages and space saving ceiling-hung units, Reco-Air claims it can supply a model to suit all circumstances. Its kit significantly reduces fire risk by negating long ductruns, giving operators the flexibility to be able to locate their kitchen anywhere.

RationalVisitors will be able to experience the new generation SelfCookingCenter combi oven, now available as the XS version 6 x 2/3 GN and in the familiar unit sizes of 6 x 1/1 GN to 20 x 2/1 GN. Additionally, Rational will be championing the CombiMaster Plus combi oven, also in the new XS format and with its automatic cleaning function. Those excited by the impact of new technology on kitchens will have the chance to sample ConnectedCooking, a state-of-the-art networking solution that gives operators comprehensive and instant analysis of their equipment.

Robot Coupe is demonstrating its CL 60 Workstation at the show. This all-in-one complete vegetable preparation solution combines intensive production with a perfect quality cut. The multifunction CL 60 Workstation incorporates the vegetable preparation machine, three feed heads, a potato ricer, a multicut pack of 16 discs, an ergo-mobile trolley and new storage trolley. The powerful motor can handle up to 1,800kg of vegetables per hour.

Sous vide cooking is firmly on the chef agenda right now and, as one of the UK’s top experts in this sector, Sous Vide Tools will be outlining the wide range of solutions it can offer customers. The company, which recently announced a partnership with the UK food industry’s leading provider of practical, scientific and technical advice, Campden BRI, will be discussing the different ways that sous vide cooking techniques can add value to a menu. A visit to the Welbilt stand will provide visitors with the opportunity to see the latest technologically advanced cooking equipment from two of its award-winning brands: Merrychef and Convotherm. Live cooking demonstrations will highlight the speed and power of the Merrychef eikon e2s, as well as give operators the chance to see why Welbilt markets the oven as boasting the largest cavity to footprint ratio in the market. The eikon e2S combines three heat technologies and provides cooking times up to 20 times faster than a conventional oven. Those in search of a reliable combi oven can browse the Convotherm 4 combi steamer range, which is now available in a compact format.

Industry professionals visiting the Wexiodisk stand will see why quality, functionality and simplicity remain the key drivers of its latest Scandinavian-made warewashing systems.
