Convotherm has unveiled a new black variant of its popular mini combination oven in a nod to their increasing use in front-of-house locations.
Designed with a matt black exterior, the compact oven is aimed at petrol stations, bakeries, snack bars, coffee shops, restaurants and cafés that want to bring a stylish feel to their foodservice environments.
Available with the familiar easyTouch control panel, and extra-large observation window, all contained within a compact footprint of just 51.5cm, the combi oven mirrors other Welbilt appliances, such as the Merrychef eikon e2s, which are also available in black.
The matt black coating helps to eliminate fingerprints, meaning that the oven retains its clean appearance, even after a whole day’s use, the company said.
Featuring a large cooking chamber to provide plenty of space for efficient roasting, grilling, steaming, au gratin cooking, convenience frying, regeneration and baking, the Black Convotherm Mini boasts an array of features.
The new Convotherm Mini black will officially be launched at next month’s Independent Hotel show at Olympia in London.
